Buffet was Great! The Honda Center Sucks!
Georgetown Hoyas always deliver with his concerts and music! Every year, we attend and he never disappoints. The Honda Center in Anaheim is my issue. It's truly the worst place for Buffet to perform. During his show, he even mentioned, "Hey Orange County, when will you have another Irvine venue?!" The Honda Center had 4 parking lots that were separate - so tailgating was awkward and not enjoyable. Plus, they asked $50 for car parking and $200 for RVs!!!! To make matters worse, the tickets were only mobile. If you had an old phone with poor reception, tough luck getting inside. If you managed to get in, a beer at the Honda Center cost $19.00! Absurd. I adore Buffet but I will never go back to the Honda Center to see him. Jimmy also recognized it was a terrible venue. What a shame.
